  • Repair service didn't meet our quality standards (within 7 days)
  • We were unable to complete the repair (automatic full refund)
  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was shipped

Refund Timeline

Here's what to expect after initiating a refund:

  1. Request Approval: Within 24 hours of your refund request
  2. Return Shipping: 3-5 business days for us to receive the item
  3. Inspection: 1-2 business days to verify condition
  4. Refund Processing: Initiated same day as inspection approval
  5. Funds Available: 3-10 business days depending on payment method

Total timeline from return initiation to funds in account: 7-17 business days

Refund Amount Calculation

Your refund amount depends on the situation:

Standard Product Returns:

  • Product price: 100% refunded
  • Original shipping: Non-refundable (we provide free return shipping)
  • Restocking fee: None for standard returns

Defective or Error Items:

  • Product price: 100% refunded
  • Original shipping: 100% refunded
  • Return shipping: We cover completely

Repair Services:

  • Diagnostic fee: Waived if repair is completed
  • Repair cost: 100% refunded if unsatisfied within 7 days
  • Shipping: Included in both directions for warranty claims

Refund Methods

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days after processing
  • Wire Transfer: 7-10 business days after processing

Note: Refund timing depends on your financial institution's processing time. GPU Doctor processes all refunds within 1-2 business days of approval.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in these situations:

  • Item returned with missing components or accessories
  • Item shows signs of use beyond testing (scratches, wear, etc.)
  • Original packaging significantly damaged
  • Item returned outside the 30-day window but within 60 days (50% refund)

We'll contact you before issuing a partial refund to explain the deduction and give you the option to keep the item instead.

No-Fix, No-Fee Guarantee

For repair services, if we determine your GPU cannot be fixed:

  • Automatic full refund of all fees paid
  • Detailed diagnostic report provided free of charge
  • Free return shipping included
  • Trade-in credit offered toward a replacement GPU (optional)

How to Request a Refund

  2. Explain Reason: Brief explanation helps us improve our services
  3. Get Confirmation: We'll send refund approval and instructions
  4. Return Item: Follow provided instructions (if applicable)
