30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all hardware purchases (new GPUs, refurbished units, and components), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, return the item in original condition for a full refund.
Repair Service Returns
For repair services, our satisfaction guarantee includes:
- No-Fix, No-Fee: If we can't fix your GPU, you pay nothing
- 7-Day Test Period: Test your repaired GPU for 7 days. Not satisfied? Return it for a full refund
- Free Return Shipping: We cover return shipping if you're not happy with the repair
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet these conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery (or 7 days for repair services)
- In original condition with all accessories and packaging
- No physical damage or modifications
- Include original invoice or receipt
Note: Certain items like thermal paste, custom cables, and clearance items may not be eligible for return. Check product listings for specific return policies.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email support@gpudoctor.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get RMA Number: We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack Securely: Package the item securely with all original components
- Ship It Back: Use the prepaid shipping label we provide (or your own carrier)
- Get Refund: Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days
Shipping fees are refunded for defective items or our errors. For standard returns, original shipping costs are non-refundable, but we provide free return shipping labels.
Exchanges
Need a different model or upgrade? We make exchanges easy:
- Contact us about your exchange within 30 days
- We'll arrange pickup of the original item
- Your new item ships immediately upon return receipt
- Pay only the price difference (if applicable)
Special Circumstances
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
Wrong Item Shipped:
If we sent the wrong item, we'll send the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid label for the return. You won't be charged for the error.
